Presentation House Gallery exhibits contemporary Canadian photography
and media art (such as video and film installation) within a context
of historical and international work. One of the gallery's primary
objectives is to support new, experimental approaches to the medium
of photography. |
Submission Policy
Presentation House Gallery does not program exhibitions through submission.
However we welcome artists and curators who wish to update us about their work. You may send us documentation of your practice, and we will endeavor to reply promptly. We advise we cannot take responsibility for the return of submitted material unless it is accompanied by a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. Do not send original artwork, and if sending documentation on CD, please include examples in hard copy format.

Please include the following:
An up-to-date curriculum vitae.
A short statement about your work.
Detailed documentation about each piece.
If you are sending slides, please
label all slides with your name and the title of the work. Place
a mark on the slide mount indicating the bottom left-hand corner
of the image, to aid us in correctly orienting the slides for
viewing. Return postage Please
note that proposals with neither sufficient return postage,
nor arrangements for pick-up, will not be returned.
Please
include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
If you are sending material from outside of Canada,
please note that the postage must be Canadian. Alternatives are
international postage coupons, or money orders. You may want to
consider sending your material via e-mail instead.
There
are no specific deadlines. There will be a four to twelve week
turnaround between receipt of the proposal and its return.
