B = One Year's subscription to Lynn Valley, published three times a year and conceived and designed by different internationally recognized artists. Issue #1 is by New York artist Richard Prince. Cologne-based artist Johannes Wohnseifer designs issue #2. Issue #3 is by Berlin-based artist Jonathan Monk, and issue #4 is by Berlin-based artist Annette Kelm.

C = Copies of all publications produced by Presentation House Gallery in the course of the year. In the 2006 year for example, a membership at this level would receive four publications, including Evan Lee Captures, Jeremy Shaw DMT, Christine Davis Projections and the CD Fog Songs by Kevin Schmidt. Together these have a value of $112. As well as three issues of Lynn Valley, this is a wealth of reading material featuring some of Vancouver’s most provocative new publications.

D = An original Karl Blossfeldt photogravure from the book “Urformen der Kunst”, (Art forms in nature) by publishing house Verlag Ernst Wasmuth A.G. These photogravures are from this rare, limited edition publication, which has been reprinted many times since. The photogravure quality of this 1929 edition is considered the best.

Or An original Anton Breuhl colotype from "Photographs of Mexico", 1933 Delphic Studio by the Photocrome Press, New York. Edition 1000
